I’m sorry to hear that you’ve had such a negative experience while working at PEAK6. One of the reasons we’re asking our employees to share feedback on Glassdoor, as well as the myriad of other steps we’re taking to build a great culture, is to learn what’s working as well as where we can improve. If you have ideas and insights that can help improve things, I would encourage you to share those because getting engaged in the solution will help everyone. However, perhaps this isn’t the right culture for you. We hate to see talent leave but, we’d rather see you are in a role, and culture, that’s the right fit for you.
