Fun perks which are being eliminated, cool office, fun party which has also been cancelled.

Cons

Random layoffs based on the cost of capital and the only severance offered was two weeks, ridiculous expenses incurred by ownership which the portfolio companies have to manage, erratic attention paid to businesses and no clear KPIs or expectations for success. Also, bonuses are paid at ~70% of goal even for successful/exceeds employees. The owners are the problem, scream on calls, put people down and do not know how to manage a company this size. There are no measurable indicators of success and when you own a profilio company you need to have an idea of what success looks like and how value is being added to your businesses.
