      Pros

      Pay and benefits are very good overall. Great location and facilities, fancy parties if that interests you. Smart, driven team.

      Cons

      Advancement opportunities and certain benefits are not extended to all. For example, tuition reimbursement only for management which they won't tell you on their website. Buddy system is definitely in play, frineds of firm get paid a lot to do little and are given most recognition. Cut-throat atmosphere, mistakes are NOT tolerated and they show no loyalty to employees at all. Gossipy, back-stabbing environment. CEO's are out of touch with the rank and file employees.

      Pros

      They will pay you more than you're worth, including an unrivaled benefits package.

      Cons

      While there are plenty of bright people, with brilliance comes arrogance. This may just be the nature of the industry, but these are not people you want to play poker with in your home. It's a highly competitive environment, and as soon as you let down your guard, you are out.

      High energy, dynamic environment, constant challenges.

      Cons

      Never worked anywhere that was more full of itself! Lack of recognition for technical achievements. Unrealistic deadlines were set, and woe betide anyone who does not meet them. If your work suffers for any reason, you are not given a chance to improve; you are out on your ear with no notice. You may be able to collect your things from your desk if you are lucky.
