Pros

Most every person at P6 is highly intelligent and the best at what they do. I learned something new on a daily basis working along side my coworkers. It was a difficult decision for me to leave P6 for a new opportunity.

Cons

If you are looking for a place to coast along with little to no effort, this is not the place for you. Expect a high stress level at times and even higher expectations. I

Too bureaucratic for its own good

Annual band party ( founders hire big time band like goo goo dolls to perform)

Cons

Company touts "frugality" as a plus...including compensation Has become a bureaucratic organization ....large but layers of people who don't always grasp how their roles help the greater picture

Grew too quickly, resulted in poor management

Great facilities and good pay, benefits. Smart and experienced people

Cons

The company grew too fast and they picked up a lot of dead weight. The management made sudden brash decisions. You could walk in one morning and find you're suddenly part of a new team. Turn over rate is high. Decisions are made uneducated and without consultation.
