      Pros

      Smart people to work with. High accountability environment. Good benefits. Definitely great party, great speech from the owner at every party.

      Cons

      Not much visibility on changes that are going on in the company. Not too sure about middle manager ability to manage.

      Pros

      Company believes in hiring the best of the best, managing risk, and limiting waste. Senior Management emphasizes on value of collaboration and team work. If you work for a small team, it should be innovative and fun.

      Cons

      It grew too fast. Too much friction and competitivity between employees steals them from focusing on the firm goal: May the firm and everyone make money. The environment is now reminiscent of High School: The bullies, the jocks, the chearleaders, the geeks, etc... Arrogance and illusion of being the best (Egomania) are alarmingly high.
