      Pros

      Great environment smart people, very challenging!

      Cons

      It's still not an internet company although the online tag has been added. They can learn from looking at other internet companies as far as perks etc...but it's much better than it was and moving in the right direction.

      A good short-term play for some interesting experience, quick cash, but not much else.

      Pros

      With regards to the retail arm only, pretty much the only reason to work there is the possibility of above-average compensation and the possibility to take part in the trading/capital management arm's great financial success.

      Cons

      A tendency to hire programmers, who while sharp, are too easily lead, have very little opinions of their own, and have poor communications skills. This makes for sloppy, sloppy management and "progress" actually feels like trudging most of the time.

      Pros

      They will pay you more than you're worth, including an unrivaled benefits package.

      Cons

      While there are plenty of bright people, with brilliance comes arrogance. This may just be the nature of the industry, but these are not people you want to play poker with in your home. It's a highly competitive environment, and as soon as you let down your guard, you are out.
