      Great facilities and good pay, benefits. Smart and experienced people

      Cons

      The company grew too fast and they picked up a lot of dead weight. The management made sudden brash decisions. You could walk in one morning and find you're suddenly part of a new team. Turn over rate is high. Decisions are made uneducated and without consultation.

      Really smart people Entrepreneurial energy You will make a lot of money CEO's heart is in the right place

      A family owned business; there are many "hangers on" that would never have survived if they were not personal friends with executives. Leaders tend to listen to the last person in the room. Gossip and vendettas against other team-mates are not only tacitly approved but rewarded. This is a place where you can literally climb over your bosses back if you can take them out.
