Majority of staff are friendly. Pay is reasonable.

Cons

Poor work life balance. Top heavy managers/executives. Incompotent manager who was completely bias and impossible to please. Male (toxic masculinity) majority. Bad company culture.

All of the above plus great PTO--five to six weeks off. Very amenable to work/life balance

Cons

Wished they paid more. I get it--the benefits and PTO are terrific. But sigh, I wish the salaries were commensurate to what rival companies pay their staffs who hold equivalent positions.
