Pros

Great PTO, Base Salary is fine

Cons

Senior Management are living in the prehistoric era. No idea how to run a sales department. PEI seem to have a track record of just promoting people within based off of how long they have been in the company regardless of experience/skillset. The entire sales team are in a hopeless situation where virtually no leads are coming in and the nonexistent marketing team is not working on any of the sales support basics that every modern company on the planet uses (SEO, SMO, automated sales software etc). These are all concepts that upper management have not even heard of whilst we continue to use the most outdated, tedious CRM I have ever seen in my entire career working in sales. An entire project was put in place where the new sales strategy was sending a ridiculously long email to random prospects found on the internet from outdated information. Paragraphs and paragraphs of jargon that we all had to manually email and then manually email another essay 2 days later etc. This was a genuine sales project that we all had to do. Also, they had a huge overrun project on commission change which kept getting extended only for us to find out there was a 1% increase. Like what was even the hold up? Meetings and meetings/delays just to announce that? That could have been decided in the course of an afternoon surely. Commissions are so miniscule here its insane. You could quadruple your annual target (most don't even double it) and you still would not make 6 figures. Meanwhile every other sales department on the planet are taking advantage of the modern automated tools that have been available for years. Its honestly incredible to behold how far behind these guys are. Also, they still haven't figured out that manually emailing/calling every single leads 5 times mathematically doesn't work over the course of a week if you're getting 10 leads a day. That would mean you have to do 150 outreaches in one day by the end of the week just to catch up/get every lead that week up to 5 outreaches, yet they always don't understand why people fall behind. Basic stuff they just can't grasp
