      Pros

      By far the best company I've ever worked for. Full of young professionals and great upper management. Depending on the role, there are domestic travel opportunities. My role was relatively easy and was not stressful. Work life balance was also great.

      Cons

      Typical bureaucracy that happens in an office setting. Pay could be a bit low.

      Dynamic company that is delivering excellent results. Invested in people and growing well across 3 major locations. Flexible working environment, ideas are listened to and great people to work with. Private Equity backed so still has start-up mentality and dynamism
