It is a fantastic place to start a career in the financial services/private equity industry. HR is super supportive and has in place many initiatives on working well. Last but not least, company culture and people make this company a terrific workplace

Cons

The tech side is outdated. More training should be in place. No clear plan on progression. Appraisals and employees evaluation (when in place) are mere standard procedures and lack to draw a clear picture of the employee status. Internal communication to be improved. Base salary lower than the market average in the industry. Seniority prevails over meritocracy.
