Cons

Was becoming very corporate by the time I left Removed social activities that made it hard for new starters to meet people from other departments that weren't also a new starter.

Pay is low and management is confused

The team is really friendly and welcoming.

Cons

Pay is really low but the management expect unrealistic targets and constantly complain when they have to be readjusted. Management are a clear net negative with their constant micro management. We were forced more into an office with terrible lighting and fruit on random days.
