      The pay is competitive and the benefits are great

      Cons

      If you want a job that has a hostile work environment, then this is the place for you. You have little to no communication with your direct supervisor but instead you have shadow bosses. I stuck it out as long as I could while watching colleagues fold under targeted, unprofessional, humiliating conditions before I said enough is enough

      Just a job with poor support for employee needs

      It’s a job a place to stay for a short time not a long time.

      Cons

      If you have any circumstances where you may need to be accommodated for health or other reasons don’t expect them to work with you. They will ignore compliance and terminate you for other reasons so it doesn’t look suspicious. If you have any issues honestly even if you’re a good employee they don’t care. Typical corporate environment. Find a place to work that actually cares about and invests in their people or just chase your dreams at this point.
