      PennyMac as of 5/9/22 fired 100 people at our location alone and meanwhile I have to listen to someone training offshore ( cheap labor ) over the phone all day to replace the jobs here in the U.S. . Also they throw left wing politics in your face all the time and in “training courses” they literally make you click and drag what a transgender is? I thought I would be just learning about the mortgage industry but apparently they want you to know what the difference is between a sex stereotype and a transgender woman?

      People were great, lots of extras giving to team members

      Cons

      Like every other mortgage servicing company they started dumping their onshore associates to save a few dollars hiring offshore. They shared tons of great ideas and where they were leading to company to land good people only to dump them a year later after setting up their offshore staff.

      Its a job The Cafe is decent and convenient

      Cons

      Poor undermarket pay. No room for advancement and without advancement absolutely no decent raises. Senior management and executive management do not care about cost of living increases. Executive management wants people in the office because they have paid rent on huge buildings but will say you have to be in the office for "culture". Laid off 1000 people in March 2022.
