The company culture has an awful stench, and upper management wants to make sure you absorb it all in by making you work onsite. And "We A.R.E. PesoMac"... really? Did they steal this from The Office? That's quite rich calling yourself Ethical, considering PesoMac's founders made millions making bad loans under Countrywide, and PesoMac's was founded to profit by foreclosing on those very same borrowers. With mortgage rates at 6%+, PesoMac is a sinking ship. Upper management has overseen the loss of hundreds of jobs multiple times this year, even veterans to the company. HR literally teaches managers that raises don't improve performance or morale. And if you or your reports complain about being unpaid or under-appreciated, PesoMac will be happy to remind you where you work by giving you a $5, made-in-China plastic doodad for your holiday gift slapped with a big PesoMac logo on it. Merry Christmas.

They will tell you that you will receive a raise every year to convince you to agree to lower pay upon starting but then double the work. Only give you lateral promotions doing more Complex work, rank your productivity high and effective on every mid year & end of year review and never give you an annual raise. HORRIBLE benefits and 2 weeks PTO that you have to earn before you can use and 1 weeks sick. The insurance is the worst I’ve ever seen. Good luck with this company they will paint you portrait of fairness care and excellence but will never actually pay you what your worth. And their HR department is the worst ever. No one knows what’s going on and they are all extremely condescending.
