Great colleagues who are trying their best.

Cons

A senior leadership team that isn’t listening to its staff. Staff are constantly leaving due to KPI’s no longer being achievable and a more sales driven culture. Micro management is on another level - you can’t go a single day without having multiple meetings where you are asked what you’re doing with your day. The workload is getting higher and higher, without any understanding or care from the higher ups. Talented staff are going to continue to leave.

The strongest part of working at PHMG is the people you work alongside. The team is full of hardworking, knowledgeable individuals who are always willing to support one another, and that creates a positive environment even when workloads are demanding.

Cons

There is a growing lack of job security, which has had a noticeable impact on morale across the department. This causes stress both in and out of work, and it is not fair to put hardworking employees through that level of uncertainty. This is due to a lack of transparency around decisions. Many of the decisions being made appear to come from individuals who lack an understanding of the role. One of the biggest disappointments has been the reduction in earning potential. Despite expectations continuing to increase, the opportunity to earn has reduced. Staff are effectively being asked to deliver more while receiving less in return.
