      -Fantastic people, and teams. Honestly, pushed to find better -Ability to earn great OTE if targets are achieved -Lot's of great perks, like team night outs, time back, free lunches and on site beautician and barber -Room to grow based on preferred career path, recently launched progression structure for both management and individual routes -Lot's of extra ways to earn extra cash outside of OTE with team competitions to win vouchers, trips away and extra annual leave -Free to manage your client base as you see fit, as though it is your own business -Great atmosphere, and modern office spaces with new office coming next year

      Cons

      -A lot of change, KPIs change very often along with business goals and objectives, be prepared to change direction often -Some KPIs are outside of your control and can affect earnings which can be frustrating -Less flexibility and work from home options than most other businesses
