Pros

Clear direction and requirements for the role, The rewards are there for achieving and overachieving targets. Excellent commissions and extra incentives in place weekly. The culture is great, never worked at a business before with so many likeminded people, made many friends for life working here and feel looked after and happy within my role.

Cons

No issues after nearly 4 years of service, The management team are approachable and previously when I needed help, they have always been there to support.

Pros

PHMG is a great company to work for where hard work is rewarded. I personally have been with the company for just over 3 and a half years and have been promoted 3 times in that period. I started as a Client Care Director for the company and now I am Head Of Client Care for the North American territory. The retention team that I manage has a great team culture and make coming to work enjoyable. The incentives that are offered ensure you get rewarded for the work that you put in.

Cons

At first working 1-10 was hard to adjust to but after a few months fit into my lifestyle and now work for me and my family.

Pros

The other account managers make it marginally easier to want to enter the office 4 days a week

Cons

KPIs are unfair. Incentives are unfair. Attitude on the floor towards AMs is horrific. People work hard for no reward. The product is dead. The recent 5* reviews are false, there isn’t a single AM on the floor that would say that.
