Great company to work for! You put the work in and you will get rewarded! There are always company events to go to and charities to be a part of. The management are all very encouraging and friendly. This company is growing and selling a great product, def worth being a part of!

PHMG is the epitome of “work hard, play hard.” It’s the most rewarding companies I’ve worked for and you’ll feel as though your opinion actually matters. Company events are a lot of fun and I love that the CEO has an open door policy.

Terrible coffee - unless you like to chew your coffee.

Cons

this job requires someone with high energy and grit/willingness to grind. Without these success here will be hard to come by. Very high pressure organization isn't for everyone.
