      Pros

      I’ve never been more motivated in my entire life than this past year, working at PHMG. Everyone works so hard, it’s really inspiring. Not only does PHMG inspire you to work to your full potential but they also reward you in ways that really make you want to go the extra mile for them. Being a fairly new company to the States there are so many new opportunities and avenues to grow.

      Cons

      Culture can be intimidating at first, but everyone is so nice. You get used to it.

      Pros

      Great atmosphere - with variety of people to work with Support and training are always available - at any level helping you to success in your role. Commission and KPI's are built into your day to day responsibilities making hitting target very achievable. I began my career working as the most junior level in my team, within 3 years PHMG gave me the opportunity to be promoted multiple times and also relocate.

      Cons

      if you don't like working with internal departments and building over the phone account management this isn't for you.
