fun environment, often go out drinking every friday competitive good commission structure and incentives reward and promote those that do well
Cons
expect you to source/prospect leads out of work, almost required to be successful limited to your territories and cant call wherever you want, this can hurt you if you're limited to a bad territory like Houston (where the company has been the longest) have no control on outside salesman closing your appointments, not rewarded for booking appointments Office is very cliquey and feels like highschool
