- Great Initial Sales Training - Good Comradery amongst workplace (Depending what team you are on) - Good months can be REALLY good months

Cons

- Employers will berate underachievers in front of rest of sales team - Drug use by management is pervasive - If a deal cancels within a set number of months they will pull it out of your salary (The results can be catastrophic in many cases and happens far too often)
