      Beautiful Newport Beach location with easy access to Fashion Island

      Unhealthy culture - Employees who spend the time on promoting themselves instead of serving the interests of the company or clients tend to be rewarded.

      Pros

      Excellent place to grow economic and investment knowledge. Truly believe in putting clients first and doing what is in their best interest. Great training opportunities to develop various skills.

      Cons

      Can't say "No" when asked to take on more tasks, thus things are completed in a luster way. Recent departures causing culture of firm to change. Lack of clarity from top of firm. Will likely see a large amount of departures over the next few months. Not going to be the old PIMCO it was.
