If you die while employed by PLD they give your family 10 thousand.
Cons
No raises whatsoever. Segregation between office and warehouse workers. Office employees come in the warehouse as they please yet warehouse workers have no access to office without being walked in by a supervisor. No 401k match. No opportunities to move up in company unless you are friends with manager, brown nose or willing to move up for no increment in pay. Dead end job that has no interest in taking care of their employees. People are quitting left and right because there is nothing to look forward to. No raises three times will do that to loyal employees
