Cons

It was a real mess internally. There are a lot of legacy problems that weren't being addressed with much urgency. Extremely dysfunctional departments.

Upper management is genuinely invested in the individual and team success of everyone at the company. Combine that with a company-wide culture of goal-oriented targets and an evolving customer-focused product, and you get a phenomenal and engaging place to work.

Cons

Some growing pains due to rapid expansion, but these are to be expected just about anyways with this pace of growth.
