      Constantly Growing- Which means you Are too!

      Pros

      I love working at PLACE, the people here are truly incredible to work with. You can tell that you are genuinely cared about from your co-workers and leadership and an effort is always made to make you feel like a valued part of the team. The work is also enjoyable as it gives a multitude of opportunities to problem solve creatively and work with peers cross departmentally to come up with the best solutions for our customers and place partners. I feel like I have grown so much under this company, and it's given me the space to grow as a leader

      Cons

      Because PLACE is growing, it sometimes means that we are a very lead operating machine, which is sometimes constrictive of internal growth. Everything moves exceptionally fast except pay raises or Job growth, which drudges on. We are always focused on it, but any internal moves need to be approved by some higher ups that are often very busy. There are reasons for these things good and bad. I don't think these cons offset the incredible culture we have at our company.

      I've Found My Place

      Pros

      My team moved to Place 3 years ago to better learn how to scale, grow and be more profitable. We plugged into their systems, and our business has significantly grown, I have learned a lot, especially stuff I didn't even know I needed to know! I've been a Realtor for 15 years and only wish I'd partnered with Place sooner. Highly recommend you have a conversation with a Growth Leader about how Place can change your life.

      Cons

      Corporate offices are in Bellingham, WA. Every time we have any sort of meeting where we need to be present, it's a pain to travel from the southeast US to the northwest or southwest. The time zone thing kills me.

      I genuinely love working at PLACE. As a Director of Operations, I’ve found a role that gives me flexibility, room to grow, and benefits that are honestly hard to beat. But what really sets this company apart is the leadership. They’re incredible at navigating challenges, always focused on growth — both for the company and for each of us individually — and they push us to level up in ways that feel supportive, not pressure-filled. It’s rare to work somewhere where leadership leads with heart and high standards. I’ve grown so much in my role here and continue to feel inspired by the people I work with every day. The community? It's the soul of this company, and I have never seen so many incredible humans in one space, further solidifying the value of partnership.

      PLACE is growing, and growing fast, which means we’re constantly building systems, learning, failing, rebuilding, and growing. For some, that can feel challenging. For our team here at PLACE, it’s actually one of the best parts — when something breaks, the team rallies fast to fix it and uses it as a chance to get better.
