Very nice people and nice facility.

Cons

No 401K and terrible benefits. Company keeps getting bought out. IT leadership is embarrassing. No one knows what they are doing what so ever. Infrastructure is falling apart, however, IT leadership is absolutely clueless on what to do. So they insist on "just keeping the lights on" instead of fixing what is broken. Very old technology that needs a complete overhaul... desktops and laptops from 5+ years ago running on the worst chips from 5+ years ago. No investment in technology. Also has a 3rd party IT department as a business partner for whatever reason.
