PLI hired me for a position in the sales department as an administrative assistant. I knew nothing about the print industry and in fact it was my first job out of college so my resume only consisted of restaurant hospitality and retail jobs. However, PLI took a chance, taught me all there was to know, and challenged me to grow to my fullest potential. Five years later I have a solid foundation for a great future within the company and in my personal life. I enjoy working with everyone from sales to production to senior management. Granted there are tough days, disagreements, and stresses - what job doesn't have them? But we're a true team and we work out whatever issues may arise with professionalism. I love coming to work every day and I'm honored to be a part of this company.

Amazing growth, I have been here a few years and it is so nice to be part of a growing company that is investing in the future. ESOP means I am an owner gaining shares in the company!! Great management team that clearly knows what they are doing and have led the company to great success. Their head of sales and now operations is a rock star and has helped the company grow immensely!
