Pros

The environment here at PLS is great. It is a fast moving and there is always something different happening thought out your day . If you put in the work learning the system and WANT to sell you will succeed with flying colors.

Cons

Personal I do not think there are any Cons. But if you are not good at multitasking and do not like to put fourth the effort this is not the job for you.

Pros

Loved working here just took a new career path would recommend anyone with a go getter mentality to work here. Environment is amazing and the people you work with are fun in and out of work...it is cut throat but that's expected in sales. My managers Dan and Denis were both there for help whenever needed. Really enjoyed my time here would go back in a heartbeat

Cons

Sales training is lacking but they are working on way of improving it now so should be resolved soon. Communication is sometimes an issue but it's a very high pace job so understandable

Pros

This job is 100% "you get out of it what you put in to it". This is essentially a sales job as well as business development. If you can grasp the big picture and are completely dedicated to becoming successful, you will make over 6 figures in just over 2 years. It's a grind and stressful but the reward is definitely worth it. PLS is invested in all of their employees and rewards success. I can honestly say that from experience. I've read all the negative reviews and there is one common theme. They lacked the key ingredient to be successful in sales, " self motivation". This is a sales job. You determine if your going to make more money faster than any other job. If you have a passion for sales and money this is a great place.

I wish I knew about the freight brokerage industry years ago.
