      Good company to make progress in.

      Very rushed deadlines as there are alot of new projects to work on and a lot of internally developed applications to maintain.

      Pros

      This job is 100% "you get out of it what you put in to it". This is essentially a sales job as well as business development. If you can grasp the big picture and are completely dedicated to becoming successful, you will make over 6 figures in just over 2 years. It's a grind and stressful but the reward is definitely worth it. PLS is invested in all of their employees and rewards success. I can honestly say that from experience. I've read all the negative reviews and there is one common theme. They lacked the key ingredient to be successful in sales, " self motivation". This is a sales job. You determine if your going to make more money faster than any other job. If you have a passion for sales and money this is a great place.

      I wish I knew about the freight brokerage industry years ago.
