      Fun fast pased sales environment The Culture Contest Freight Never Stops Moving!!!

      Heavy turnover (you have to bring it EVERYDAY!! if your not prepared to do so, then i wouldnt reccommend applying)

      Management is supportive, trade is quick and relatively simple to pick up, relaxed but professional work environment, fast paced problem solving and multi tasking, co workers are often team oriented and forgiving of minor mistakes, easy to excel if you dedicate your time. Benefits are strong, good 401; fast growing and positive company

      Cons

      High turnover rate can demoralize and intimidate. Nature of job leads to avg 100+ mixed in and out calls per day starting, and if unorganized or those not with thick skin, easy to feel bullied by carriers

      Friendly Environment Concerted effort to make it a team environment Good Training Program for learning the industry down to earth managers

      Cons

      Although the company grows from within. It doesnt provide the opportunity for people with less to no experience to learn from others with professional experience outside of PLS Somewhat Immature environment even though it is friendly lack of technical sales training Feeling of irrelevancy especially during first 3 months misleading salary 38k + commission is whats told. but its much more complex than that Alot of information and information not available about certain parts of the industry which caps you in opportunities. unless you can figure it out on your own 100 cold calls a day?!!?!???!!??? on top of trying to do other work
