Cons

Every place has its own challenges. Conflicting priorities make it difficult to execute; however, things are significantly improving and will continue.

Pros

Great pay, good people to work with & easy money.

Cons

Work weekends & don't get time to spend with significant other. Asked to do 1 thing and have someone come after to tell you to do it completely different. No consistency with associates.

This is the second transformation I have been through with pods and is terrible. If this is a transformation, then the new VP is Megatron. The management focus on metrics and he doesn’t care about us or the customers and neither does the HR lady. She is corrupt. Stay away from this place... you can’t even go to the bathroom without asking and then you have to use personal time and if personal time is to high, you get yelled at. Our sales calls are way down, thanks to the marketing and in service, they get pounded with calls all day long without any breaks. The locations can’t do their job so we get to deal with all their angry customers. If an angry customer wants to speak to a supervisor, the rep has too handle it and raise our hand but there are never any supervisors to help us because they are with other reps handling their angry customers. This place gets worse everyday. The pay sucks!!!! The system goes down every week. I am sure the new system is going to be worse then the old one. I won’t be around for that transformation. Seriously don’t work here if you want to be happy.
