Not Bad, But Not Good Neither

Pros

The pay now went from $15.50 to $21.00 per hr within 6mos. The job is not hard, but it can be time consuming. Nice uniforms. Decent trucks and equipment.

Cons

Very high turnover. 12 to 14 hrs per day. No family time when I was there. Customers yelling at you, because the call center promise delivery times to get the customers business, but in reality there's no way in hell you can deliver that pod on time, due to various factors, so the driver gets yelled at a lot. There's more, but I don't wanna go into a long rant.

Pros

New CIO came on in December. IT allows casual dress.

Cons

The company churns and burns contractors. Recruiters have referred to the place as a meat grinder. Poor pay for the position. Lack of mid-level leadership. Their systems are so fragile that the D365 ERP implementation is in jeopardy. Poor prior planning has lead to the micromanagement of the new CIO. Removal of prior CIO left a leadership vacuum. If you have worked for up to a year, you are considered an old-timer. Seriously, consider other options for employment!
