      Pros

      Being able to work independtly, lots of time off while still being able to get 40+ hours per check, paid weekly, great co-workers/ management

      Cons

      Little room for growth, occasional odd sceduling, long days 10+ hrs

      Pros

      Overall, this isn't the worst company to work for. The work is steady. The pay is decent. They offer flexible schedules.

      Cons

      The company changes policies regularly. Be prepared to work mandatory overtime as they let people go regularly leaving themselves understaffed, especially during busy season. Also, be prepared to give up your personal life as your hours can be different every day. Your days off also change from week to week

      Pros

      I'm at the Corporate offices and have enjoyed being a part of a company that has gone from a small, family-owned but innovator in the moving and storage company to a large and still growing business.

      Cons

      None that come to mind.
