      Pros

      Driving for pods is a fun and challenging job. Every day you meet someone new and face a new challenge. The management works well with its employees.

      Cons

      There can be a lot of unexpected over time because of delays or difficult deliveries. Also damaging a customers property is a possibility if you get over confident when operating the PODZILLA.

      Good supervisor had the right combination of encouraging initiative and enforcing the rules. Good pay. Collaborative work environment.

      Cons

      Tardy policy was too strict. One could be fired for being less than 10 minutes late six times a year.

      Pros

      Fun place to work , Great people to work with. Most work is during daylight hours, lots of out of town trips. Warehouse staff are great.

      Cons

      They lie they don't care about the employee. They are very cheap and try to get employees to do work they aren't qualified to do to save a dollar.
