      Understaffed for night shift

      You get a commission check as a sales agent.... this is the only benefit

      Cons

      Bad work life management, understaffed to the point of constant back to back calls regarding price quotes that cost MUCH higher than the industry standard for moves, and ZERO understanding from HR or management as to the source of our frustration. We have less than 8 agents, taking back to back night shift calls all night. This is similar to selling gas and electric.

      Pros

      Very nice managers and supervisors that I've dealt with in the last four years. Always as accommodating as they can be. Very open minded to employees. Decent pay.

      Cons

      May need to consider going back to compensation for sales instead of cutting incentive in half. Also, bring back bonuses. A lot of incentive cut because of cost of new system but great money anyways.
