      The level of incompetence with this company is unbelievable. Half the supervisors have no idea what they are doing.

      Cons

      SalesForce is worthless at PODS been trying to fix it for months and it’s gotten worse. supervisors don’t respond to your emails or texts

      Pros

      This company literally makes it up as it goes. I've never felt more hollow than when I worked here. Managers offered no substance to make you better at your job.

      Cons

      Ego driven, old school sales tactics. Horrendous sales leads with unsustainable metrics. Managers did nothing but complain, gossip and send cheerleader emails. Kiss up to get promoted.

      Pros

      Pods is a decent paying job. Lots of opportunities to move up in the company. Flexible schedule if you let them know ahead of time.

      Cons

      Your work day is about 12-14 hours. Having to deal with rude customers. Poorly maintained equipment. Having to do deliveries in the mountains or in the heart of the city.
