Get to work with smart people, growth-minded company willing to invest, CEO has us pointed in a good direction, large enough to have resources behind us but small enough to be nimble and get things done.

Cons

Relatively young company, far ahead in some areas, playing a little catch-up in a few others

Pros

The company has great benefits, drivers can make a decent wage and be home every night. Good training, vacation time grows every year your with the company, most drivers are a help and will help out when needed.

Cons

Service for equipment is not great. Such as when truck goes out of service you get it back the next day from service provider and it still will have the same problem you when you drop it off. Or worse its setting in the shop and not being worked on at all.

Jeans on Friday--Plenty of parking spots.

Cons

One of the worst pay plans available. Best Year last year for the company--how do they reward the hard work--cut your pay almost in half. Talk about wanting to be one of the best companies in Florida--WOW-- never going to happen. Always talking about how you can lose your job--it's a fantastic feeling being threatened daily. Everyone is looking for new jobs.
