Easy enough job for a paycheck, fast training, you get right on the phones, hourly rate is competitive

Cons

Very strict rules, management does not know what it is doing, inflexible and low pay. They do not work with you on issues

The most negative place i have ever worked.I have never worked in a call center that thinks stats are driven by fear of losing your job.I have NEVER worked where they under train you and then take your bonus if you get something wrong,with no additional training to help you improve.If you see PODS at a job fair RUN in the other direction.
