Pros

Good close knit associates. Free lunches once in awhile. Jeans day is on Friday. This is all the Pros this company has.

Cons

Under investment in technology and human headcount. No training, career development, nor advancements. Working hours are extremely high 60-75 on average hours per week. No structure or change management and developers are cowboys doing releases at all hours of the day and night into production without much testing. No proper project planning and everything is a emergency. Too many outages and instability causing large amounts of after hours work. Run while you can.

Pros

The name has some recognition . . . There were a handful of truly nice and caring folks over the years. Many of them have left.

Cons

A once category leader that has lost its corporate mind. "We want to be like Uber and AirBNB. We want to be a technology company" is the new mindless mantra of the organization's zombies. You haven't the first understanding of the business you're in - you're a storage and container company - you aren't going to become the eDispatcher for the globe and your franchise isn't big enough. Do you think Pack-Rat is going to use PODs-As-A-Service for business? Spending millions to move to the cloud and having hired an IT staff of more than 100?... as though that will create an advantage? The BS chatter from all your consultants who have to justify their invoice telling you nonsense and advising you to transform to the internet. The business can run with a dozen accountants and some ledger books - do you really think "the cloud" gives you something unique? ... Uber dispatches any idle car which virtually every "home" owns into a micro-livery service - can you name ONE neighbor who owns a container? .. NO - your vision is laughable and I'm so glad to be moving on.

Pros

They offer good benefits that's all

Cons

In the past 3 months I've seen 3 managers and 1 supervisor leave this place. I don't recognize the place I work at anymore. Management doesn't care anything about their employees. Sales never knows what they'll make and customer service has to constantly get screamed at for the companys idiotic new system. Oh and mandatory overtime??!!! How about you employee accordingly instead of requiring your employees to come in against their will
