Pros

Leads and the co-workers I work with for the last several months.

Cons

Extreme micro mgmt, subjective criticism, unworthy feeling, big boys club, scamming, non disclosure of full price, demographics aimed toward elders, horrible mgmt lies and deception. This office is run by bullies from top to bottom...the revolving door keeps revolving and I've see why the reviews are so low.it's very true. Some folks are happy here because they have no clue how they should be treated. I feel sorry for those who are left behind. The manner in which you are being treated is less worthy of my dog. My dog gets to go to relieve himself when necessary and his family gives him valuable appreciation for doing his job at guarding the home.

Pros

co-workers were the only pros- there is a new vp of the contact center there name eric, but he is just one man.

Cons

Scheduling no policies in place management with an agenda- and it has nothing to do with the company-completely selfish abusive to the employees, and i mean outright abuse the pay structure was just recently cut by 40% customer service reps are encouraged to tell the customers no regarding any issues when there is a real problem, the customer is always ignored- and i mean for a long period of time.... I have no idea how they are still in business oh and did i mention-they are being sold! They are fixing up the call center, not telling there employees they are up for sale, so all those people might not have jobs........

Pros

Plenty of overtime, advancement opportunites, decent base pay.

Cons

It saddens me to have to write a poor review for this company because not 6 months ago I was singing it's praises. Not only did they take a borderline impossible attendance policy and make it harder they also cut our bonus by more than half. The company is definately not going broke with 100 mile moves costing in the thousands so I don't get it. I feel like they are trying to anger us, trying to see just how far they can push. They give PTO and floating holidays but then deny requests "due to business needs" all the time, it doesn't matter how far in advance you ask if it isn't December you aren't going anywhere. By the time it is said and done I will have the whole month of December off paid so maybe I will get happy then. I could go on and on but I will just say that my awesome job has turned to crap since December
