      Reputable name in the moving industry but not so good management!

      Pros

      pay including hourly and monthly bonus and there was a sign on when I got hired last year and full benefits with 401k.

      Cons

      The management wasn't that good and didn't really help me and they had their favorites and shady practices including some people on the top sales list that weren't getting that many sales and were at work. There was a lot of pressure to reach weekly and monthly goals but felt like a number and when you have a bad month they can let you go instead for putting you in a different department.

      Pros

      Great people. You are encouraged to be curious and growth-minded to address opportunities to do things different and anew. The community around the corporate office is growing so there are some great options for out of office amenities in the immediate area.

      Cons

      PTO and sick time are combined and frankly not that great of a grant compared to other companies in the Tampa Bay area. With the 4/1 onsite in-office mandate, not having a separate sick time grant encourages SICK employees to come to the office in order to not burn their PTO. You end up with an entirely SICK office of people through the cold/flu season.
