they take 1 step forward and 2 steps back each and every time they react. For being owned by Ontario Teachers Union they are very anti union.

Cons

Management clueless as to the disastrous affects of poorly executed changes. Billing department for example has the highest turn over in the company. Extensive software flaws, system vulnerabilities and poorly optimized IT infrastructure ensures EVERY CALL is a frustrated soon to be former customer. For being owned by Ontario Teachers Union they are very anti union ask any former Washington state employees.

Provide PTO and 401k. They also have many wellness programs

Cons

The company wants more profits for their shareholders but they overwork their employees. In my position you may can work 10 to 12 hours a day for the same salary with no overtime. They continue to add more to your plate and if you offer an opinion you are told to take it and just work.
