quarterly safety bonuses tons of overtime some free gifts like cups and hats and headset

Cons

Job is very frustrating 12-14 stops per day 14-15hr days no preventive maintenance done on the machine u have to use asked to come in on day off constantly pay is way to low compared to other regions that start at $25/hr very high turnover
