Pros

I enjoyed working there before corporate greed took over.

Cons

They quiet fired all the reps in an entire corporate location. Sold us out to a BPO company and then that company mismanaged the PODS account and lost the sales campaign. 70 sales reps lost their jobs.

PODS has a great culture with a collaborative and inclusive mission. No one walks around with their title on their sleeves. Everyone was really cool to work with.

Cons

They need to be more flexible with offering a true hybrid schedule.

Great company to work for. Steady work decent insurance and benefits.

Cons

Local management is pushy. Rushing you to get jobs done and forcing you to clock out before 8hrs or 10hrs on slower days depending if you are scheduled 5-8hr days or 4-10hr days. Pretty sure corporate is unaware of this practices but soon will be.
