      Pros

      they take 1 step forward and 2 steps back each and every time they react. For being owned by Ontario Teachers Union they are very anti union.

      Cons

      Management clueless as to the disastrous affects of poorly executed changes. Billing department for example has the highest turn over in the company. Extensive software flaws, system vulnerabilities and poorly optimized IT infrastructure ensures EVERY CALL is a frustrated soon to be former customer. For being owned by Ontario Teachers Union they are very anti union ask any former Washington state employees.
