      Pros

      Pay and benefits. Some people have become like family

      Cons

      Employees are rewarded for doing minimal effort as well as not even fulfilling their job duties. Creates a toxic work environment for those who do want to do their job.

      Pros

      Great mission and values with a focus on the environment.

      Cons

      Culture is us vs. them across departments. Management has no knowledge of processes involved at plants. Bad supervisors that do not encourage collaboration instead focusing on appearing knowledgable vs. admitting more information is needed. Great until the accounting changes that started in 2019., but since then lots of change and no consistency. No loyalty - hires people fresh out of college to replace senior staff.

      Managment needs to get their act together

      very bad managment, never get in trouble or held accountable.

      Everyone is underappreciated and not trained well.
