Mid level Engineer

Pros

At mid-level, the work gets more interesting and involved. I get more engagement with clients and other engineers. The flexibility is nice but it does not make up for the base pay being low. Everyone is helpful and willing to work as a team.

Cons

The base pay is low for the industry. There can be a lot of travel. Assignments are not always given in an organized manner.

Thanks for the review. Because we focus on long-term stability, we offer compensation we know we can continue to offer long-term—we don’t ramp up and ramp down staffing as workload fluctuates. However, we want you to know that we've hired a compensation manager to relieve any concerns about pay.
