      Willing to teach a variety of people from all different backgrounds, 10-11 paid holidays, flexible working environment (remote), casual attire environment, dental and vision benefits, you can have family under health coverage, paternity leave

      Cons

      Accrued PTO of two weeks every year, traditional holiday PTO setup, long-time advancement of several years depending on experience, minimal pay raises at performance review periods, your billable and utilization percentage can make or break your success, seemingly sink-or-swim and dog-eat-dog environment

      Some departments treat their people well.

      Cons

      >Business majors micro managing engineers. Constantly harping on billability with no understanding of what engineers do in a day. Avoid Facilities if this sounds like a bad time. >Low pay, usually 10-20% below competition. >Suspended raises in 2020 "precautionary"...shareholders positions gained >20% in 2020

      Good health insurance...nice 401K match

      Where do I start...... they hire you for one thing but have you do something that you have NO experience in then don't really give any solid training on it....Then let you go when you don't do it perfectly. But I will leave it just as that....I think Power is a good company if you are a single college kid...
