Pros

Good pay (but the money is not worth your career, health and well-being). With all other companies busy with work, you can get paid as much and be happier being treated with respect someplace else.

Cons

The architecture division is a toxic group to work in. The managers are the most catty people I have ever met. As such, the architecture department is a revolving door of employees coming and going = failed retention rate. For the few architectural staff that do stay longer, there is no upward movement nor real incentive to do so.

Pros

Manager was always readily available

Cons

Manager(s) were very bad at wanting to do all of the work themselves, and giving bad performance reviews
